Permethrin smoke generator for the control of flying and crawling insects in hard to reach places.
Simply light the fuse and close the door!

Application:

For use against flying and crawling insects such as houseflies, clusterflies, fruitflies, mosquitos, wasps, moths, fleas, bed bugs, ants, cockroaches, saw toothed grain bettle and adult grain weevils. For use in domestic situations, public hygiene areas including hospitals (not occupied wards), industrial and municipal buildings and food handling/storage/manufacturing premises. may also be used in zoos, pet shops, kennels, vetrinary practices and laboratory animal houses (excluding animal pens and cages). Not for use on grain or in empty grain stores.

Rate of Application:

Apply at a rate of one generator per:

• 400m3 for flying insects
• 100m3 for fleas, bed bugs, carpet moths or
• 25m3 for ants and cockroaches

Instructions for use:

For best results fumigate in the late afternoon and leave the house or building for a minimum period of 2 hours.

1. Consider how many fumers you need for the room to be treated.
2. clear people and anumals from the room before use – cover or remove fish tanks and pet bedding.
3. Make the area to be fumigated as smoke tight as possible by closing all windows and doors.
4. Place canister(s) spaced out on the floor on a heat resistant surface e.g a plate on top of a sheet of aluminium foil 50cm x 50cm.
5. Open canister(s) and light the fuse on the canister furthest from your exit point first, then light next fumer and move towards your exit point. Close the door on exit, it is not necessary to seal the door with tape.
6. Leave for at least two hours but preferably overnight and then ventilate the room thoroughly.
7. For heavy infestations fumigate three times at five to seven day intervals.
8. For bed bug treatment always use in conjunction with a residual spray and dusting powder.

THIS DEVICE MAY TRIGGER SMOKE ALARMS/DETECTORS – REOMVE BATTERIES OR COVER DURING TREATMENT. THIS PRODUCT MAY EMIT SOME SPARKS UPON IGNITION. CAUTION MUST BE TAKEN WHEN LIGHTING THE PRODUCT.

THIS PRODUCT MUST NOT BE USED AGAINST HOUSEFLIES IN INTENSIVE OR CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT ANIMAL HOPUSES BECAUSE IT IS LIKELY TO CAUSE CONTROL FAILURE DUE TO INSECTICIDE RESISTANCE.
