WHAT IS THE G.A.S HYPERFAN V2 DIGITAL FAN CONTROLLER?

The Hyperfan V2 Digital fan controller helps to improve your growing environment to help increase yields. The V2 controller is aimed at, but not limited to, controlling your GAS Hyperfans. It helps you easily and efficiently achieve a balanced growing environment. This fan controller adjusts your intake and outtake fans to help maintain an even temperature.

The temperature probe constantly monitors the growing environment and makes changes to the fan speeds to help maintain a balanced, user-set environment.

WHY DO I NEED TO CONTROL MY EXTRACTION FANS?

Plants need a constant supply of fresh, Co2 rich air. Moving air around the plants and growing environment brings many benefits, such as:

• Maintaining optimum Co2 levels
• Heat management – mixing hot and cold air avoids stratification
• Humidity management
• Pest control
• Strengthen plant stems

HOW DOES THE HYPERFAN V2 DIGITAL FAN CONTROLLER WORK?

The Hyperfan V2 digital fan controller works to maintain the balance of your growing environment by controlling the speed of your intake and outtake fans. You set the limits and let the controller do its job.

The fans speeds are controlled by the temperature probe feeding back real-time temperature data. The controller learns your fans limits when it’s first turned on and calibrates the top and bottom limits. User set maximum and minimum fan speeds allow you to decide the limits of your extraction to allow you to balance maintaining a temperature range and limit the noise of fans running on 100%. The controller uses the constant temperature data to maintain the user set negative pressure by applying linear speed control to both intake and outtake fans.

USING YOUR HYPERFAN V2 DIGITAL FAN CONTROLLER

Your Hyperfan V2 digital fan controller comes supplied with complete instructions for many various configurations.

You won’t need any additional power packs or power cables, as the Hyperfan V2 takes its power from the fan via active cables.

Once your fans are plugged into the controller and the temperature probe is place, in the centre of the canopy, simply set your desired temperature and the min and max speed for both your intake and extractor fan. Also set the negative pressure and your set temperature.

NOTE: The EC5 Fan Controller and Balancer is supplied with 1 x 5-metre active cable, so if you want to control 2 fans, you’ll require an additional active cable.
