The DLI Zenith LED Toplight from Dutch Lighting Innovations (DLI) is the latest innovation in plant lighting. With its slim, lightweight design, it fits perfectly under climate screens and minimises light absorption, resulting in increased sunlight incidence and therefore increased efficiency and harvest.

Thanks to the Venturi effect, the Zenith offers first-class cooling performance, which reduces the LED temperature and achieves a longer service life and improved performance. With wireless dimming and control options and various spectrums, including colour red, the Zenith is a versatile lighting system that meets the needs of gardeners.

SMALLER, LOWER AND LIGHTER

Because sunlight is the best grow light, the Zenith is designed to reduce light interception. Due to its unique shape, it fits perfectly under the climate screens, which results in a synergy that reduces the total light interception in the greenhouse—each percent of extra sunlight in the greenhouse results in lower power consumption and extra yield. The low weight of the fixture makes installation easier and reduces the total load on the truss.

COOLER

The successful APEX fixture served as the basis for Zenith. Due to the use of the Venturi effect, Zenith is known as the best-cooled fixture in the market. During Zenith’s development, much effort was put into taking the cooling to the next level. By modifying the cooling fins and increasing the surface area, the Venturi effect is even more substantial, resulting in an optimised heat transfer capable of removing up to 30% more heat. The extra cooling power results in a lower LED temperature which translates into a higher efficacy and longer lifespan of the fixture.

HIGH-END LEDS

To provide plants with the necessary light colour spectrum and to maintain a high efficiency, DLI select only latest generation of OSRAM LEDs, also known as Top Bin LEDs.  Choosing LED fixtures made from Top Bin LEDS, comes with the benefit of minimal degradation over time, typically only 1% per year. In contrast, lower-quality LEDs experience much higher degradation rates, ranging from 25% to 50% annually. By opting for top-quality LEDs, you’ll remove the need for frequent replacements and ensure continued optimum output over an extended period.

WIRELESS DIMMING AND CONTROL

Wireless DLI multi-group dongles control the dimmability of Zenith fixtures . The fixtures are easily connected to the multi-zone mesh network and divided into groups according to the growers’ wishes. There are no costly modifications to cabling or panels required.

CONTROLLABLE FAR-RED

The Zenith is available in multiple spectra. Spectra with far-red are also available. The Zenith, including far-red, is available with a single channel that controls and dims both the far-red part of the spectrum and the PAR light. The other variant is a dual channel where far red is flexibly controlled, separate from the PAR part of the spectrum. Ideal for crops that only require far-red after the regular lighting period ends.
