Product Description

This lighting system includes an efficient and cool running LightWave digital ballast, Flexi Wing Reflector and metal halide lamp. The LightWave Ballast loses fewer watts from the power supply to the lamp and efficiency is not lost over time as with magnetic or core and coil ballasts. They are also silent running, very cool in operation and come with a three year guarantee. The Flexi Wing Reflector is based on a poplar design that allows the grower to adjust the wings of the reflector to change the spread of light as required. The reflector can be adjusted to three different positions spanning from between 63cm to 70cm for a more focused or a wider spread of light. When used with a Heat Shield, the Flexi Wing can be positioned closer to the plants than standard types of reflectors would allow. An independent light test shows the Flexi Wing to have a good combination of intensity and uniformity.
