How long will the delivery take?

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days with 90% of orders being sent just 24-48 hours after processing. Special arrangements can be made if you need an order urgently. This includes early morning and Saturday deliveries.

What delivery companies do you use?

For small or light weight orders you will be given the option to have your goods shipped with Royal Mail, this is a non trackable service. Larger orders are sent with Business Post on a next day before 5pm service. This is a trackable service.

Will my goods be discreetly wrapped?

All goods will be sent in plain packaging. Where possible we use recyclable packaging obtained from renewable sources.

Can you tell me what day my goods will arrive?

Yes. Progrow will email you when your goods have been dispatched with your consignment tracking number and link to Business Post website. Here you can check the status of your delivery (Business Post only)
For Royal Mail please allow upto 5 days for delivery.

What if I am not at home to sign for the parcel?
A
Courier (Business Post) - If you are unavailable when the driver calls they will either leave your parcel in a 'safe location' for example with a neighbour or in your back garden etc, or return your parcel to your local Business Post depot for your collection. Goods must be collected from the depot with 5 working days or further delivery charges will apply. Please use the 'shipping and handling' section on page 2 of the checkout to state where the parcel can be left should you be unavailable to sign. If you do not have a 'safe location', write 'depot' in this field. In each case the driver will leave a card to inform you that a delivery attempt has been made. Parcels left in a 'safe location' are at your own risk.
Royal Mail Recorded delivery - A card will be left and you can collect your goods from your local post office.

Can my order be delivered to a different address from that of the card holder?

Yes, providing you have placed your order online and have attempted / completed registration with 3d Secure when prompted by our site. This is a security feature similar to chip and pin. It is designed to prevent online credit card fraud and will only take a few minutes of your time. Once completed it protects your card against fraudulent use from then on. Once you have registered your card with 3d Secure you can choose to have your goods delivered to any address you require providing there is somebody there to sign for the goods. Orders placed by telephone can also be sent to a separate delivery address but the process of verification takes longer. If you require your order urgently then we ask that it is placed online. For more information please feel free to contact us. We regret that orders shipped outside of the UK can only be sent to the address of the credit/debit card holder.

Are my goods insured in transit?

Yes your goods are insured in transit. On receipt of your parcel please take time to check over your goods. Damaged / missing goods should be signed for as such and Progrow should be notified within 48hrs of delivery date.

Do you ship to outside of the UK?
A
Yes we ship to the whole of Europe and world wide. Information on overseas shipping can be found in the 'Terms' section of our site. Please note we are unalbe to provide a tracking number for consignments sent to destinations outside of the UK.
